Fashion Weekend Alabama Returns This September with Visionary Designers, Elevated Style & a Celebration of Southern Creativity
For more than a decade, Alabama Fashion Alliance has quietly been proving something many in the fashion industry are only beginning to recognize—remarkable fashion doesn't belong to one city or one coast. It belongs wherever creativity is nurtured, craftsmanship is valued, and designers are given the opportunity to tell their stories.
This September, that story continues as Fashion Weekend Alabama returns to Huntsville for its 13th annual celebration of fashion, bringing together designers, retailers, industry professionals, and style enthusiasts for two days dedicated to innovation, artistry, and community.
Taking place September 25–26, the annual event has become one of North Alabama's signature fashion experiences, creating space for emerging and established creatives to showcase their collections while strengthening the region's growing fashion ecosystem.

Leading this year's lineup is acclaimed Alabama designer Cyerra Latham, founder of Mack Latham, whose thoughtful approach to design has already earned national recognition. A graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design, Latham's work has been featured by Vogue Runway, and her collections are rooted in the belief that clothing should transcend trends. Through intentional textile development and exceptional craftsmanship, she creates garments designed not simply to be worn, but treasured for generations—a philosophy that feels increasingly meaningful in today's conversation around slow fashion and sustainability.
Fashion Weekend Alabama will also shine a spotlight on one of Huntsville's most exciting retail destinations, Ferren Boutique.

Founded by Madison McFerren, Ferren has quickly established itself as a destination for women seeking refined, versatile wardrobes that balance sophistication with everyday wearability. After studying fashion at LIM College in New York City and gaining retail management experience in one of the world's fashion capitals, McFerren returned with a vision to bring elevated shopping to Huntsville. The boutique's thoughtfully curated collections emphasize timeless silhouettes, quality fabrics, and effortless elegance—an approach that continues to resonate with women across the Tennessee Valley.
Beyond its featured headliners, Fashion Weekend Alabama will showcase an impressive roster of designers representing the depth and diversity of Southern fashion.
Among this year's runway presenters are LeJeune, founder of Alabama Fashion Alliance and creator of LeJeune Signature; Shalonda Noble of Leshas Crochet Designs; Cedric Hosea of OddBoy; Jayson Wilson of J.Elliotts Women & Menswear; and Miah King of Miah King Collection from the University of North Alabama. Together, their collections promise an exciting mix of craftsmanship, innovation, individuality, and contemporary Southern style.
